For fuller and more attractive lips, PHYSICIANS COMPLEX® Lip Enhancer is an ideal product. It’s formulated to increase the size and enhance the color of the lips on a short-term and long-term basis. This formula contains Niacin, a Vitamin B derivative that increases blood flow and improves circulation to the lips for instant lip plumping that works in 1-2 minutes and last for hours. It also contains amino acids which stimulate the production of Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid in the lips for a long-term lip plumping after 29 days of continued use (3 times per day). The special polymer coating of this enhancer encapsulates and delivers the active ingredients into the lips. To further enhance this formula, Retinol and Vitamin E has also been incorporated to rejuvenate and protect the lips. Directions: Apply the Lip Enhancer three times per day (morning, noon & evening) for 29 consecutive days in order to achieve long-term lip plumping. Continue using three times per day to maintain the results or as directed by your physician. For short-term lip plumping apply every 1- 2 hours. After application, wait 5 minutes and apply your favorite lip liner and lipstick if needed. It is normal to experience a slight tingling sensation when this product is applied. This product does not plump. I have been using it for 2 years but not for the plumping, it does however make my lips silky soft which is why I use it.

I’m not sure it’s really worth the money, mainly because the effect only lasts a few minutes. So you have to keep re-applying. It does makes your lips slightly fuller and gives them more of a rosy color.
