GHR Gold really works. All the GHR products work, but they take some time. The first thing I noticed was my flaky dry skin quit flaking. That was after 6 weeks. Then I noticed an overall sense of well being, and more energy throughout the day. I got better rest at night even when I didn’t get my usual 6 hours of sleep.
Your success depends on how well you follow the directions on this product. You can’t eat a snack before you go to bed, take the pills, and expect results when it says “must be taken on an empty stomach”. You CAN NOT EAT FOR TWO HOURS BEFORE OR ONE HOUR AFTER taking this. I know this because I’ve been taking this for almost 2 years. Yes, I thought I could cheat just a little. I was wrong. For some reason your body won’t absorb GHR except on an empty stomach. You can drink it with water or juice, no milk, it coats your stomach.
GHR-15 is a good product and less expensive.
GHR-Gold is the same product with B vitamins added for better absorbing.
GHR-Platinum is the same product with more vitamins and minerals.
Take your pick, they all work well. Just follow the directions and wait. All good things take time. You will see changes in 90 days for sure. The older you are the quicker you’ll see a difference too. I like the way I’m looking and I’m 55 yrs old. Most people can’t guess my age. lol..
