I contacted the company because my lips blistered along with both corners of my mouth. Company did finally give full refund. It’s been several months and it seems to be something permanent. They seem to get better, and then it starts all over again. I’m on about the 6th week with cracked corners of mouth, how would you like that???? Need I say more…

This product does not work for me. Fortunately i was able to purchase it for $25.00 here on Amazon because it went for $50 every where else. It gives my lips a dry ashen look and i didnt get the plumping on the first day effect that it claims to give. I’m still using it to see if it may take longer on my lips before it “kicks in”. I’ve been using for over 2 weeks and so far so bad. 2 Stars for the half price deal and quick delivery.
