Between having my hands in soapy water so much and the harsh winter weather, my hands used to get so dry that they would crack open and bleed. I put this on every night before I go to sleep and it has helped more than any other hand cream that I've tried. I've run out of this a few times over the years and within a couple of weeks, my hands are cracked and bleeding again. I've even given it to the nurses at my job and they love it, too! <br /> <br />This cream is very thick and doesn't absorb quickly. That's why I find it to be perfect to put on before bed. It sinks in as a sleep and I wake up with smooth and supple hands. I hope they never stop making this! I have really sensitive hands and they tend to get irritated if i wash them too much. This helps so much cause it will last through washing your hands and it made my hands feel so great!
